New Logstash Servers

the central logging Service Logstash has been migrated to new Hardware (usl301, usl302, usl303).

Clients can log using syslog, log4j, json_lines to logstash.acc.gsi.de

The Webinterface is available at https://logstash.acc.gsi.de unfortunately old settings for the webinterface could not be migrated.
