Preconditions
Most of the tools may be used only if some preconditions are met.
- Your
.bashrc
or .profile
file on your home directory should contain the following lines. On acc6 and acc7 cluster:

Special Notes
Tools on acc6 which access the subversion repository (e.g.
geneqms

relecm
) may have problems with the SVN password request (e.g. via the wallet manager). To avoid problems, configure SVN to pure command line requests.
To do so, add
