Anpassung an 64-Bit Blades, RedHat EL5

Scripte, Makefiles, Optionen, Library-Pfade wurden so geändert, dass 32-Bit Libs und Applikationen erzeugt werden (notwendig wegen Fortran-C-Verwendung von Integern als Zeiger)
Einige libs müssen ebenfalls 64-bit erzeugt werden wegen Verwendung von FE (FE will konstant 64-bit arbeiten). Insbesondere der message compiler erzeugt für FE libs in 64-bit Format. Frontend Datenbank fedev und ixtools werden ebenfalls 64-bit erzeugt. makefiles: MACHINE = 64, für Library 32-bit und 64-bit erzeugt; für Executables wird nur 64-bit erzeugt
