Nachbildung des VMS Message-Compiler liest Original VMS Message Definitionsdateien
und erzeugt libs fur C,C++,Fortran und Java Jar. Pro Compilerlauf müssen alle Messagefiles vorliegen.
Message Lib msgintf benötigt drei Hilfslibraries: system Messages, condmsg, fecondmsg. Libs condmsg und fecondmsg werden jeweils durch einen MessageCompilerLauf erzeugt.
Generierung von 64-bit libs fuer FE, incl. benötigte Libraries msgintf und condmsg.
msgc: Option -M
