So far, these are just thoughts on how the overall project structure of the Injector Controls Upgrade Project could be described (i.e. which subprojects there are). Neither final nor binding in any way for now. Comments and suggestions are welcome.

Should there rather be department/group-specific subprojects (at least for things that are fully or mostly implemented by one contributing entity) or topic/system-specific subprojects (at least for things where multiple departments/groups are involved)? Would it be confusing to have both?
