Target Platform 2022

INN summary

Target platform 2022 will be a Redhat Enterprise Linux 8 clone. We will go for rockylinux

For development purposes a pacemaker cluster of virtual machines with shared filesystems will created.

For permanently running development services, unclustered virtual machine.

Production service will run on unclustered virtual machines.

Timeline

  • 2021-06 provide acc8 of development nodes.
  • 2022-04 provide development nodes
  • 2022-04 and production nodes
  • --- we are here ---
  • 2023-01 replace acc8 with acc9
  • 2023-07 poweroff acc7
