Only one package is shared between GSI and CERN: silecs-communication-cpp

Green: files which usually can be updated to the current CERN sources without problems.

Yellow: files which got slight GSI-modifications - handle with care, dont directly overwrite the files with the CERN version.

Red: files are GSI-specific and should not be updated to CERN version
