The TimingSimulationConfig.xml file
Warning: Since the Timing-Simulation was not tested for this release, functionallity cannot be guaranteed!
To use a FESA3 equipment together with simulated timing, the first thing you need is a timing simulation config-file. Per default such a file should be generated in the FEC-folder of your test-class. Within this file you can configure the event-sequences which should be simulated.
Please Note - The Timing Simulation is under development, since the exact structure of the later FAIR-Timing is not yet known. Anyhow for first test's the current structure of the timing simulation config-file should be sufficient.
Usage
To enable simulation mode for your FESA3 equipment, add the application parameter -timsim
when starting your binary. defines the path to your TimingSimulationConfig-file. If not provided, the default (./TimingSimulationConfig.xml) is used.
