On call duty - System Access to the GSI Environment using Citrix

Step 1: Ticket to request Terminal Server Permissions

Before using Citrix, you first have to request Citrix permissions (there has been a corresponding Email from IT Service to gsi-all): This can be done by writing an Email to windows-service at gsi.de with the Subject "Zugriff auf den Terminalserver" / "Access to Terminal Server". In the content please state your whish to use Citrix for on-call duty purposes and also name your USERNAME.

Step 2: Install and configure Citrix Receivers

How to install Citrix receivers for Linux, MAC and Windows and how to configure it properly is described at the corresponding GSI IT Web Sites for Citrix Clients.
