Description
asrvr is a daemon process and should be started in a startup script on one computer in the acc net of BEL.

asrvr serves as an central alarm server. The server receives UDP alarms in the ACC net. It manages connections by alarm clients, which subcribe with filters to the server. If an alarm fits a filter the alarm is transferred to the client. The server is multithreaded and makes intensive use of message queues.
