Kernel Fesa

Fesa requires a Kernel with realtime patches

Version

Current Kernel used at Cern is 2.6.24.7-rt27. This Kernel has issues with the rt8169 on newer SCU boards.

For testing purposes SCU will use 2.6.33-rt26

Configuration

Network drivers are build as modules. We are not too concerned about Kernel size.

unpack kernel, apply RT patch, make defconfig,
