Write VOLTS: Voltage set value in mV.

Start	Name	Type	Description
0	volts	SLong	Voltage set value. On value set, voltage checks apply: For unipolar magnets, will be checked against the range $0mV \leq U \leq +10000mV$ . For bipolar magnets, will be checked against the range $-10000mV \leq U \leq +10000mV$ . For magnets with inverter in normal position, will be checked against the range $0mV \leq U \leq +10000mV$ . For magnets with inverter in invers position, will be checked against the range $-10000mV \leq U \leq 0mV$ .
