Read DISTS: distance of the two plates

The property read the set value (nominal position) of the distance from the two plates Anode and Kathode.

The property write DISTS write an new value of the distance from the two plates Anode and Kathode. It is to regard the minimum and maximum plate distance. See also the constants of the device.
