System and Net Library

This library contains the VMS System Call emulation for the BEL Application Linux Migration Project as well as some functionality for interprocess communication (NETMAN) and X11 event embedding. These functions are implemented in plain C. The layer beneath is ixtools, a utility library for event driven and network distributed applications (s. documentation of ixtools).
