makeall Usage

usage: makeall [options] target ...

options:
-h|--help               : this help message
-V|--verbose            : verbose output
-v|--version <version>  : version to install
-F|--file <filelist>    : list of makefiles

for each  makefile found under current directory or in filelist given
on commandline via option -F|--file 
the command maketarget is launched,
this is repeated for all targets on command line
