linkall Usage

usage: 

linkall [options]

the absolute pathnames to project makefiles is read from project list in bellas build folder

options:
-l | --link  <link-name>            link name of project, e.g. release or next or whatever
-b | --build <build-name>           full binary repository name of project, e.g. 01005_V9.1.1 or 00999_ready
-f | --force                        force overwriting of existing link
-V | --verbose                      verbose
-h | --help                         usage
